What we're about
I have started this group in hope to find some other York women who are at the beginning of their health journey like me. If you have the desire to improve your health but have struggled with committing to it then this is the group for you. Let's work together to support each other in our individual health journeys, explore different types of wellbeing and hopefully have some fun along the way. I am not planning anything too boot camp-y, think more healthy dinners out and supportive chats over coffee more than 10-mile hikes! I will keep the group completly free for the next few months and if it's going well there will be a small charge just to cover the subscription cost.
