Looking to improve your game and overall fitness? Please join us for a 1 hour soccer training session! All skill levels and ages are welcome. Sessions will include a dynamic warmup, technical ball drills, passing/shooting, mental game/strategy, and a small sided game. Train with a current Crunch Fitness Personal Trainer and CSL Metro Division 1 Soccer Athlete! We are here to motivate and inspire others to be their best on and off the pitch!
