'THE LAB' is an outdoor fitness series created by Brooklyn-based, certified personal trainer, wellness advocate and founder of 'Taylor Fitness'; Chanice Taylor.

This is the fun, inclusive, educational, and affordable alternative for people who are looking for that one-on-one experience. We want to make sure our community has access to the tools they need to reach their personal wellness goals; a fun, safe space to learn & train, effective fitness techniques that can be used at home, accountability partners.

Sessions are created for anybody who is up for a fun, energizing challenge, at all fitness levels! The Lab is intended to turn community members with similar fitness goals, into team members who hold each other accountable. Coach Taylor offers modified versions of each workout and works closely with team members to correct form & technique. To further the community building experience, we're currently working on a partnership with a local eatery to provide discounted, HEALTHY juices & meals exclusively to LAB team members, post-Saturday workouts (Coming Soon...).

All fitness levels welcome! • AGENDA • 1:00PM - Check-in + Team warm-up 1:05PM - Workout w/ Coach Taylor! 1:55PM - Group stretch + Cool down 2:00PM - Traditional post-workout team lunch at a nearby healthy eatery. We'd love it if everyone could join us for this! But if not... we get it... it's cool... wuteva. • WHAT TO BRING • Water A Yoga Mat or Towel (for when we do crunches, stretches, etc.) Positive Vibrations • GIVEAWAYS! • This Saturday's Giveaway is a brand new [BLACK YOGA MAT]! Eligibility Requirements: - Must arrive before or by 1:00pm to enter name into raffle. Raffle closes as soon as the clock hits 1:02. - Must actually need a mat. - Must be willing to commit to at least 4 'Saturday's in the Lab' this summer. Winner will be announced after the warm up. (Limited yoga mats will be available on-site to rent.)
