This is a safe place to ask financial questions and get solid advice on how to put yourself first and create a space of well being around you.

We do educational Brunches and plan to start doing happy hours and other social event to solidify relationships and help each other grow and be the best person you can be.

Domestic Violence Awareness NYC Charity Silent Auction & Art Gala

October marks Domestic Violence Awareness month as a time to educate people on both the challenges of this national issue as well as the great work that NYC Domestic Violence support organizations do to help end it and provide the resources victims and their families need at times of domestic crisis. Get tickets here:https://www.eventbrite.com/e/domestic-violence-awareness-nyc-charity-silent-auction-art-gala-tickets-75979852785 On October 24, 2019 from 6PM-9PM at The New York Art Center in Tribeca, event producer Jasmine Sandler, host of Warrior Women in Business Podcast & Event Series, Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender Based Violence (ENDGBV) and The New York Art Center in Tribeca join hands, through an in-event Silent Auction, to raise monies to directly deliver financial support to the many NYC Domestic Violence support groups that provide services to victims and their families. 100% of All Silent Auction proceeds will go directly to the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City, to support programming for survivors of domestic and gender-based violence in New York City. The evening features remarks from Hannah Pennington, Assistant Commissioner for Policy and Training at the Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender Based Violence (ENDGBV); and a talk from Luisa Diaz Brown, Mrs. New York International 2019, Producer of Mi Amor Gala and “Silver Lining Playbook” film star. Additional speakers include Deborah Max, Mental Health Expert on Sexual Abuse and Author of The Thorazine Goddess , Michael Sottile , Director of The New York Art Center and acting star of films including 1994’s “Speed” featuring Sandra Bullock and “Reservoir Dogs.” The Silent Auction will feature contributions from over 20 of NYC’s top emerging artists from Gallery 104, NY Museum VIP event tickets, NY Giants items, Luminary for Women Day Passes & much more! Cocktails, Wine & Hors Devours will be served. This is being held and hosted by The New York Art Center in Tribeca on 7 Franklin Place. The Art Center in TriBeCa is a massive center focused on art exhibitions from artist contributors from around the world. The center covers 9000 Sq Ft though three levels of exhibits, including 6 Galleries and 11 exhibitor booths. Promotional event partners include Luminary Hub for Women and Women of Culture NYC If you cannot physically attend the event, we have made donation tickets available so you can still give to the cause and gift your ticket to someone else that cares about ending Domestic Violence. We want you to join us there. The more people involved, the more impact we will have a NYC community to end the problems related to this type of abuse. The folks in my Fall Playing It Real Workshop to Boost Social Confidence are wrapping up 6 weeks together this Wednesday night, and we all have become lifelong friends. Playing it Real is an extremely dynamic way to explore thoughts, feelings and ideas while playing and having fun all at once.
