What we're about

The meetups will focus on walking, breathing, mindfulness and relaxation using yoga practices and concepts as we walk in nature. We will meet fortnightly and enjoy a gentle walk in the South Wales valleys, learning breathing practices and discussing the theme for the walk, based on Yoga philosophy. Walks will be no more than 4 miles, in the hills, but not overly strenuous (no steep climbs)
