Princeton/Hamilton Self-improvement Monthly Meetup
Basics: This is a monthly meetup group for anyone looking to improve their health (both mind and body). It's an opportunity for you to discuss your struggles in life in a nonjudgmental atmosphere so that you can get tips and advice from a board-certified medical doctor. Each month a topic will be discussed from starting to detox your body to helping you find the support groups that you need to stay healthy. Topic: This month, the doctor will talk about the chemicals that one consumes and how they can make you feel sluggish on top of gaining weight. Timing: Please arrive on time and if you do RSVP that you're coming, then come as seating is limited and you don't want to hinder the chance of someone else improving their life - that's just not right. Schedule: The session will start at 5:15 with a little informal chatting before moving on to the topic that is to be presented. Afterwards there will be some time for Q&A. Cost: If you're not too cheap, a $10.00 donation will be collected to help offset the costs. Disclaimer: The material presented is for the general public and thus for educational purposes only. It is not to be considered specific medical advice even though it may come from a physician (think about watching shows like Dr. Oz or The Doctors). One should always consult with their doctor prior to engaging in any form of exercise, diet, or life changing styles that can adversely affect the body. For customized advice suited to your lifestyle and health, please schedule an appointment with your doctor.

What we're about

This is a group for anyone who has struggled with eating healthy foods, feeling "blah", weight loss, tried hard to get healthy to no avail and those who have successfully gotten healthy but worried about going "back there". This group was started to meet others who want to improve their lives but lack the support that they need. Your health is your ticket to a better tomorrow be it in relationships, careers, wealth, spirituality, etc. When you feel good, it shows. Let's make the world a better place.
