We are a collective group of South Jersey women of all ages enjoying the benefits of healthy living, creating new and lasting friendships and just having fun! We believe total wellness includes many aspects in our lives, intellectual, social, physical, environmental, occupational, emotional, spiritual, and financial.
This group is for you if you…… • Enjoy health and wellness and want to meet other women with similar interests • Are a doer and want to grow personally and professionally • Want to learn and experience new things all related to better health and wellness • Just want to get out of the house or away from work for a short time
Our goal with our activities is to experience a variety of physical and learning events working to achieve total wellness for us and our families. The level of experience is from beginner to expert, as we can learn from each other. Activities (in no particular order) may include, yoga, nutrition, walking and hiking, personal/ professional goal setting, Zumba, essential oils, pickleball, starting a business, self-defense, toxins free home, wine tasting, gardening/flower arrangements, beer tasting, cooking, self-improvement, women’s health, vision board, and aquatic exercises. We are also open to your suggestions.
Women are not small men! Learn prevention strategies and warning signs of heart and lung issues for women. Rita Cangi-Kramer has her Masters Degree in Cardiopulmonary Disease & Prevention and will be providing us with important information every woman should know.
