Let’s set some new goals for a better 2022 together!!!
I started this walking club so that people can get outside in beautiful surroundings and get some exercise. In this group you will find encouragement and motivational support. Walking is how I started my weight loss journey.
Bring water, towel, and wear comfortable shoes. Let's do this!!!! Please arrive by 7:15am. Walking will begin no later than 7:20
