Saturday 7 am at the Kapiolani Park bandstand.
This is a timed 5K run. It's 1-1/2 times around Kapiolani Park.
Run for time, or run for fun!
We do a short warmup together, then everyone goes at their own pace. And, stretching afterwards.

Come join me for post swim at Kai mana beach will follow the na wahine triathlon sprint swim route then eat breakfast / drink coffee at the barefoot beach cafe. We will group up in buddy pairs have a leader and back person so that everyone is accounted for. We will do sign up and go over safety rules and start the swim 0900 when lifeguards are present. Please wear a bright swim cap easy for spotting. Also I will be looking at weather and water conditions and this could be cancelled within couple hours notice so please be patient because south shore is experiencing 6 to 8 feet waves.

Meet us Monday Mornings 6:30 am at Kaimana Beach Park on Kalakaua Ave. It's FREE! And, everyone is welcome.
We have several different routes:
Around Kapiolani Park, to Triangle Park, and around Diamond Head.
Run at your own pace. As we grow the group, there should be others to run with.
Afterwards, there are coffee shops nearby at Kaimana Beach Hotel.
Or, jump in the water to cool off, or have a swim.
Free parking is available in the park, or along Kalakaua Street.
