When a friend, life-partner, child is suffering in some way; what do you say or do to comfort them? Most likely, you say something kind, warm, soft, reassuring...maybe just a gentle touch, an empathic nod. Are you as kind, gentle and compassionate with yourself in the same scenario or does your self-talk become harsh, critical and judgmental? If it does, this group is for you! We are our worst critics!
