This group is being run online using Zoom video conferencing to provide a way for people to join meditation sessions every day "virtually." There are two sessions each day: at 6pm PST and 7pm PST, and each last one hour. This is open to EVERYONE, whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner. The session is a blend of both Zen meditation and Centering Prayer (which is based on Zen). A brief introduction and guidance will be given before the start of each session. This is silent meditation.
