Yoga helps balance and clam the nervous system leaving you feeling energised, clam and ready to face challenges with a clearer perspective.

You do not have to be flexible to do yoga, you just have to come with openness and the rest will take care of itself. Through my classes I will share with you the benefits of all the practices so you can have the knowledge and confidence to practice yoga in your daily life. Overall I would like you to leave feeling calm, centred and positive.

The 90 min class consists of:
Pranayama(Breathing exercises) · Yoga asana (Poses/postures) · Relaxation and · Meditation (Chakra and Yoga Nidra).
