    Yoga Classes are every Wednesday, 7pm till 8.30, 90 minutes. Which consists of breathing exercises, Meditation, Asana (yoga postures) and relaxation.
    You MUST call/text or email in advance to book your place, as places are limited:

    Beginners are welcome. Places are limited so advance booking is recommended.
