This group incorporates activities and practices focused on elevating conscious awareness on the level of the body, mind and spirit run by experts in the field of holistic health and wellbeing. We are starting to recognize that self-care goes well beyond a diet and exercise program and the occasional massage. This group offers an opportunity for those who are searching for a space to go deeper and explore the depths of the human experience and to connect and collaborate with others on this journey.
