The purpose of this group is to offer classes that lead to stress reduction and a more enjoyable life.

Classes offered:

Mindfulness and why it is so helpful. Followed by several different meditation techniques.

This is meant for beginners but hopefully, anyone that is present will benefit.

Tapping a technique that quickly brings anxiety under control. You probably have never heard of tapping but it is a tool we all need in our arsenal for stressful moments.
