Relax Yoga for all levels. Relax Yoga classes are a combination of restorative yoga asanas with yin-yoga where long-held floor poses, hands on assistance, props, gravity and breathing, helps to open the body and to cultivate the ability to observe and be here and now, accepting the sensations and releasing the tension. These classes vitalize the body by increasing circulation to the organs and calming the nervous system.
