Explore mindful mark-making in this watercolour workshop designed to relax and rejuvenate the senses.
I have been exploring the meditative qualities of working with watercolour and ink for a few years now, and would love to share an evening with you to practice. I often find that painting can be one of the most relaxing ways to focus on our present physical sensations, and know from personal experience it is a great way to manage stress and anxiety.
This will be a great class for people interested in meditation, mindfulness practices or those who have struggled to get into those things, and would like to try a different approach.
As always I will provide all materials, snacks and guidance, and you will have the opportunity to learn about watercolour from a new perspective.
