If your free in the weekday mornings, then join me, Stephanie, for some Hatha yoga to start the day. The class is mixed ability, open to anyone. Bring a mat along if you have one, otherwise I have some spares.

Join me, Stephanie, for some Hatha yoga to start off your day.

Join me in some morning Hatha yoga. I like to work through some Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), asanas (postures), as well as a focus on breathing and pranayama. The session is mixed ability, as each posture has variations depending on what works for you. The practice is an internal experince, aiming to calm and quieten the mind, as well as harmonising the body and improving health. The cost is £6 or £5 with concessions, or you can buy a 10 class card for £50.

Welcome to this Saturday morning yoga and meditation class, to set your intentions for the rest of your weekend, calm the mind and unwind from the week. The practice of the asana (postures) in yoga is to prepare body and mind for breathing and meditation. We will do one hour of physical yoga asana practice, followed by half an hour of pranayama (breathing exercise), meditation and relaxation. I also like to incorporate the use of mudras and mantras into the session, and awareness of the Chakra energy centres. The charge is £5 for the first class. After that, £10 to drop in, or £30 for 5 classes (that you can use any time within 6 months). Students can pay £25 for 5 classes. :)

A great way to end the weekend with intention setting, ready for a good nights sleep :) The charge is £6 if you have a Karma card with About Balance. Otherwise, £10 to drop in.
