I’m looking to create a group of professionals who have an ongoing desire for personal and professional growth and who enjoy being active. My vision is a close-knit social group with a positive mindset, who enjoys fun activities, sharing and learning.
I’d like to offer interactive workshops and discussions on personal and professional growth topics as well as plan social gatherings where we can develop meaningful relationships, support one another in our careers as well as our lives, and have fun! It's a networking, social and educational group - all in one!
Workshop Ideas: Conscious Leadership, Relationship Building, Conflict Resolution, Goal Setting/Achievement, Facing Feedback and Rejection, Creating a Positive Mindset, Taking Action, Releasing What’s Holding You Back, Facing Your Fears, Organizing Your Life, Building Support Systems, Living Authentically, Being Aligned With Your Values, etc. I am open to suggestions as well!
Social Ideas: Hershey Park, laser tag, picnics, kayaking, art shows, meditation, museums, yoga, mini golf, regular golf, tennis, bowling, movies, dinner, aquarium, zoo, volunteer work, sporting events, hiking, zip lining, dancing, heck….maybe even sky diving! Again, I’m totally open to suggestions!
You, of course, just pick the events that resonate with you and what you're interested in and I'll try to have something for everyone!
Time management shows up over and over in conversations with my clients, friends, family, and colleagues.
This topic causes stress, overwhelm, confusion, lack of confidence and so many "negative" side effects because we believe we just can't get it all done in the time we have available.
It often comes with a feeling of helplessness or resignation as we become more and more convinced there is nothing we can do about it. This is "just the way it is" and we just need to learn to deal with it.
But we don't want to deal with it. We don't want to feel this way. We want to do it better. There HAS to be a magic bullet - a tactic - something I just don't know yet.
We're going to talk about all of it in this webinar.
- Create awareness about how you're currently spending your time and understand why you feel so burned out and overwhelmed. (*Hint - It's NOT because you have too much to do and too little time to do it.)
- Learn how to organize your mind and your activities in a way that creates freedom.
- Trust yourself to get it done without mentally "beating yourself into submission" (How's that been working for you so far?)
This webinar will be presented 4 time throughout the month of May - twice in the morning and twice in the evening. There is no fee to attend.
They will take place through Zoom: a well-respected video conference platform. If you've never attended a Zoom event, you will be prompted to download the software to attend.

I hope to see your there!
