Please join us for a FREE Tone & Sculpt class at Bria/Planted Pilates and Wellness in Queen Anne! Lauren is a PNW native who has always had a love of movement and spent time exploring different fitness types: HIIT, cross-training, barre, and strength training. She eventually found her passion for the subtle intensity of yoga and created a practice that blends core yoga philosophies and modern movement to isolate muscle groups. With the addition of a carefully curated playlist you will receive an intense workout that focuses on the booty, core, and upper body strength.
