With this concept at our core, we have various sport based fitness programs for adults. This football program includes half hour of focus on fitness/skill followed by 1 hour of play. Fitness focus includes strengthening, agility, balance, coordination, endurance and flexibility while skill focus includes all the plays, movements and game tactics. Other features include progression tracking and free physio consultations.
