Monthly book club For women or those who identify as women, who enjoy non-fiction relating to areas of our lives we'd like to give attention to and improve on. This includes but is not limited to topics of self-discipline, spiritiality, self-care, plant-based eating, sustainable living, fitness, tech skills, brain health, mental health, home care, organization, and general happiness. It could also evolve past books and into events, luncheons, dinners, classes, lectures, hikes, retreats, festivals, and other self-help related events. While not a "sober" group, this is a self-help group, so this group will not meet purely for drinks or wine-tastings or alcohol related activities. Let's start reading, having fun, and excelling in our lives! I started an instagram account for this group with the username @self.help.book.club I will post the book and book highlights, and motivational stuff that reflects the reading material. I'm hoping it will keep us motivated and engaged between meetups!
