I love all things to do with the gym and use weight training to feel stronger, healthier and better about my body. I like trying new things and sharing experiences and ideas with other women who also enjoy this-however, these people aren't easy to find! I would really like to start a group for anyone who wants to meet and chat about training or whatever takes your fancy. Maybe even find a gym buddy! This group is for any age and experience level with lifting.
