Experience total bliss in body, mind and spirit after 20 minutes of breathing and movement to recharge and balance your Chi, 25 minutes of Mindful-Self Compassion and discussion. We will go over different breathing exercises and practical movements to use through out the day to recenter and reconnect with our best state of mind. What a treat! What a replenishing and nurturing session! Give yourself the gift of self-care. Transforming yourself and the world one breath and one class at a time. Namaste
