Since I want to bring more joy into the world, I decided to give Laughter's Yoga session! 

Laughing is really important for our body and it has been proven that a fake laugh has same benefit's than a true one.

Do you want to reduce your stress? Laughing is an excellent way to reduce stress in our day to day lives.

WHAT WILL I DO?

- Welcome you and make you feel comfortable;
- Give you a laugher yoga session where we'll start with laughter exercises and end up with a laughter meditation where we'll laugh laugh and laugh!!

WHAT DO YOU DO?

- You just relax, let go your thoughts away and LAUGH a lot!!
- Put comfortable clothes and bring with you your YOGA mattress.

Those sessions are donation based. You give what you want based on your experience and what feels right for you.
