Take in the beautiful sunset while relaxing your body through light stretching, being guided in cleansing breath work to let go of the burdens of your mind, moving into a calming guided visualization meditation focusing on the different times of year and elements that go with it. The purpose being to send you off in total bliss for your week ahead.
What to expect: 45- minute class combines light stretching (Not yoga) to loosen up tired muscles, breath work, and guided meditation. We meet 2 Sunday's every month: once at a beautiful indoor studio, once on the beach by the ocean with guest teacher and movement specialist, Kanani.
As we move through the seasons I will be leading you in various guided meditations that will benefit you for the month ahead, as well as the healing aspects that go with it. Since we'll be focusing on different seasons/elements, you'll see the name of our group change each month. This can be a yearly practice for most, but you can drop in at any time.
The class is currently donation-based AND all ages are encouraged.
