WHAT WE DO

+ We meet at local parks and beaches to work out regularly
+ We share amazing meals together regularly
+ We plan and host random SOCIAL EVENTS based on current interests & availability

THIS IS HOW WE DO IT

We have two (2) workout groups:
a) a low impact group geared towards beginners and/or those with minor injuries
b) a high intensity group, for those individuals that are looking to get FIT & stay FIT

This is NOT your ordinary meetup group, this is a growing, 'Ohana (family).

Strength Training Workshop @ River Oaks Park in San Jose

Aloha! Come join us on Saturday mornings at River Oaks Park for a great workout beginning promptly at 9:00a. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking and stretch before class begins. We will meet in front of the basketball courts. We ask that you RSVP in advance so our hard working coordinators and volunteers can plan accordingly. The weather may be chilly early morning, so you may want to consider wearing layers of clothes and/or a light jacket. And, remember, bring lots of water. You will work up a sweat and staying hydrated is very important.
