This meditation group is for the novice and the advanced as well. This group will come together to practice meditation in a supportive group which will intensify the meditation experience. Meditation with a group deepens and intensifies the individual experience and science has shown that group meditation benefits spread across the community. We will practice several forms of meditation to keep the practice fresh and alive including breathing meditation, guided meditation, esoteric practices and gong baths / singing bowls.
