Join us for Ashtanga Yoga for all! At 9:45 we do a seated yoga warmup, then at 10:00 am we start the standing program (you can stay seated if you like:). We warm ups, including breathing techniques (asanas), then proceed to poses and movement (asanas and vinyasas) to gently improve our overall health. We finish with healing by our own touch (mudras), meditation techniques and guided relaxation.
