What we’re about
The purpose of the group is basically to build friendships. Whether you have a friend group and you are looking to meet new people or you are just lacking in the friend section of your life. This group is meant for females only -gearing towards 35+ y/o-+ (of all nationalities- diversity is very much promoted here) who are seeking to get to know and bond with other females. This will be done over a variety of meet and greets over dinner, drinks and other occasions such as volunteering events and other good causes. We will eventually travel and enjoy the occasional house party or get together.
If you are new to the area or been here your whole life and seeking to build new relationships- this group is for you. NO DRAMA PLEASE!!!!! Because I know how some women can be (some men also)!
This meet up is not meant for someone just to have company to a movie or grab a bite to eat or a drink and maybe never see or hear from the person again. It is meant for true bonding experiences and to be a safe space to come and just be you!!!
So if you are ready to build some relationships and enjoy some new experiences then feel free to join. I say if people can find their husband/wife on an online platform then why not friends. Let's give it a try!!!
A few group rules for optimum participation and engagement:
-If there are 3+ no shows with no contact from the member then the member will be removed from the group-just to make space for someone who will make contact, engage, and participate.
-If there is no engagement or any show of interest after 2 month's time -the member will be removed from the group. There will be some virtual events and discussions started- so if you can not make in person events there will be opportunities for engagement/involvement.
