Yin and Restorative yoga practices offer a way to deeply re-energize the body by slowing down and coming into greater contact with our true selves on many levels. With minimal movement, and the support of props or simply the force of gravity, this practice helps us cultivate a sense of relaxation and aims to create a subtle energetic shift. We will incorporate meditations, breath work and subtle energy work. Occasionally expect some basic gentle hatha poses or the accompaniment of live acoustic sound healing.
