The Bhagavad Gita is an ancient scripture that describes the journey of consciousness that we are all travelling, whether we know it or not. It is not a religion or a system of beliefs. Study of the Gita enhances one’s existing religious or spiritual practice; it is not a substitute for these. Rather, it is something one can experience directly through one’s own life.
I have studied the Gita through my teacher Sat Shree, and will be holding a Gita Study Group in Hopkinton the 2nd and 4th Thursday’s of each month.
During our time together, we sit in silence and stillness, as well as discussing parts of The Bhagavad Gita and how we can apply it to our lives. In preparation for each session you should read a chapter of the Gita. You can also watch and/or listen to Sat Shree’s teachings and commentaries of the The Bhagavad Gita. The group will be ongoing and you may join us at any time. Please contact me, before, attending a group that I can acclimate you to where we are in our study. Thank you!
