This session offers some introductory to intermediate discussion of the practices of meditation and awareness as they relate to present-day life. Certain themes in class may overlap with combination of series in stages of mind training, but this repetition is intended to provide a foundation for developing correct understanding of the practice.
Although the methods and techniques are mostly based on many different stages and paths of the Buddhist Mahayana tradition, the ideas and practices are specifically presented and oriented to the experience of our ordinary, everyday life.
Everyone is welcome to attend this class, whether ‘First-Timer’ or Not. Please do come and join us... let’s all sit together in practice.
The session is held at the Main Temple Hall and can be accessed down through the gate onto an entrance glass door at the bottom end of the building. Someone will be around to assist when needed.
This session is FREE of charge.
