June Class - Root collar excavations in the orchard. When plants are planted too deep or a hillside moves, a plant can become partially buried which eventually can kill the plant. Knowing how deep and wide to excavate is critical to saving the plant. Irrigation repairs may be necessary if any of the drip irrigation gets damaged during excavation. Drip materials will be on hand to do repairs.
