If you are new to Co-Counseling, you must attend a newcomer's free introduction in order to participate in the Co-Counseling Gathering. Ludlow Co-Counseling Gatherings are created by experienced and new Co-Counselors. The objective is the creation of a safe space for emotional healing and self-expression. Co-Counseling is a peer process, whereby Co-Counselors usually pair up and share equal amounts of time for self exploration/personal growth process. Confidentially is an essential quality of this group, along with unconditional positive regard for ourself and all persons. This is based on the belief that we all have our own answers within, and when we explore them in a loving and safe atmosphere, we are able to get in touch with our inner wisdom. Each Co-Counseling Gathering will be facilitated by an experienced group leader.
