This is a group for folks who are new to fitness or at an intermediate level of fitness, who love to be outside, thrive in community, appreciate guidance from a coach, and are aiming to be their strongest, fittest happiest selves in a kind, supportive, fun environment. We are committed to creating loving accountability and challenging ourselves to improve our fitness and live life to the fullest.

Participation is on a sliding scale of $5-25/session.
