Total body strength training! Be ready to sweat and work major muscle groups for maximum results! This class is led by a certified trainer who will provide you with support during the class to make sure you are using proper form. • What to bring- towel and water. You will need to hydrate!
• Please come early to sign a waiver. We do have an unlimited class membership available! Normal drop in rate $15.
