Making chocolate treats at the INTO building on University of Stirling campus

Join Fee to make some tasty chocolate treats.

All materials required will be provided and costs shared by attendees. We will be using various types of Callebaut chocolate to make a selection of hand made chocolates and lollipops. We will learn how to temper chocolate, create chocolate shells and fill and cap them. We will also use chocolate transfers and various decorative methods to achieve a fantastic finish.
