What we're about

We are a community that gathers to meditate, connect socially, have meaningful conversations, practice mindfulness, and learn the skills to achieve and maintain inner peace and a healthy, happy mind, body and soul. We get together to practice yoga and meditation, attend a movie night, go for group walks and outings, and even go on retreats. This group is for you if you:

- are interested in stress reduction and inner peace
- feel stuck and looking for new goals and life transformation to design an AMAZING life
- want to learn and practice principles that promote longevity and happiness
- are looking for a space where you can experience the quieting of the mind in the context of a supportive group meditation practice
- want to hear speakers on a variety of topics on relationships, goal setting, optimal nutrition, happiness and many more

Daniela Isfan MD is a family physician and wellpreneur, with a long-standing passion for helping people connect, feel healthier and happier. She is the creator of the Pyramid for Radiant Longevity and Happiness. She is a work-traveler, chocolate lover, and a life-long learner and meditator. She created this meetup with the intention of making a positive difference in our part of the world.
