Parents in Legal & Finance: Modernising family-friendly policy

As people are demanding more from workplaces when it comes to employee wellbeing policies and family-friendly initiatives, there is an increasing demand to ensure diversity and inclusion are at the heart of business strategy.

We are hosting the second in our Parenthood series, this time focusing on Parents in Legal & Finance. We will explore diversity-focused family leave policies, including shared parental, adoption and surrogacy leave. Joining the discussion is an expert panel of parents in the legal and finance sector, who will highlight their experiences in balancing demanding careers and parenthood. We’ll look at how organisations can do more to normalise and empower parents through non-traditional family policies so that parents don’t have to choose between their careers and starting a family.
