Mentalk

Welcome all men to our men's peer group hosted at Westcroft Community Centre every Tuesday 19:30 - 21:00, restarting in the New Year on 17th January 2023.

What is our purpose?
- We want to create a community and a safe space for men to talk, share and provide guidance to one another.
- We recognise that we are all human and likely have a lot of commonalities besides our gender.  
- We recognise that we are perhaps in different places in our lives, yet recognise that these individual experiences have voice and are worth sharing.
- We offer the opportunity to feel less alone in our troubles and we are willing to learn from one another.
- We want to encourage each other to take action and own the lives we lead. We recognise that life can be tough and inevitably we will struggle and need guidance.
- We offer the space to vent, to share, to laugh and to build a place that we can call our own with no bias, bullying or prejudice.
- We each other to grow and make the most of the lives we lead
- We do this respectfully with no judgement whatsoever

All men (18+) are welcome to attend.
