This is a group for anyone interested in learning how to meditate and set up a personal meditation practice at home. I am looking for a group of individuals that want to optimize their thoughts in order to determine the outcome of their experiences. This meditation meetup will show you how to become aware of the chatter in your mind that if left unchecked, create stress. Check your chatter and create a happy, purpose filled life. You will learn three simple steps that will help you meditate. Learn how to sit, breathe and concentrate in order to effortlessly move into a meditative state. All skill levels are welcome.
