Relaxation, Balance, Stress Management... Autogenic training (AT) is a very effective, recognized, European self-relaxation technique, that leads to rapid relaxation in stressful situations. Furthermore, it is used in nervousness, sleep disorders and psychosomatic diseases such as headaches, digestive disorders, hypertension etc. In this 8 week course, once the week, you will gradually learn to practice the easy but powerful German self-relaxations AT. You learn to put yourself, with short simple formulas, in a kind of "semi-hypnosis state" but, keep "in control" over your actions and suggestions. This allows your body and mind to switch of the stress and promotes rest, deep relaxation, and recovery instead. If you practicing AT for a few minutes several times a day, you gradually learn this self support technique and will enjoy its benefit for life wherever and when you want or need it. Stress is our companion every day.

Stress is a problem for everyone from time to time,.

It is more and more difficult to find the time and space to relax and to take things easy every once in a while.

But the good news is that there are many different things you can do to reduce stress problems.

The goal of this 8 week course is to reduce stress in the long term. By getting to know new coping strategies, you will improve your ability to manage betterin stressful situations.

In our sessions (course) you will understand what stress is and howit develops, as well as the consequences of permanent stress. You will identify personal stress triggers and stress behaviours. We will introduce and practice relaxation techniques and strategies to minimize stress.

By self-reflecting on your own stress behaviours and learning new stress management skills, you can develop individualized and effective stress management strategies that will help you to cope better with difficult or stressful situations in future.

You will experience a positive increase in motivation and performance and you will find new ways to maintain a healthy balance between tension and relaxation
