We are a group of people who are dedicated to self mastery and achieving the highest quality of life possible through various disciplines, both ancient and modern. Through Meditation and Yoga, and breath work, Peaceful Warriors seek to actualize the human potential so that they may transcend the nature of suffering and become beacons of light for all who seek it.
What to Expect:
The purpose of this group is to bring people together who have a desire to practice Meditation and Yoga. Activities will be held indoors/ outdoors in public parks weather permitting. Activities will start at a scheduled time and will run 1-2 hours depending upon the group.
What to Bring:
For meditation/yoga it is recommended to bring a yoga mat or blanket if you prefer not to sit on the ground. Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely is also advised. Always bring your own water and make sure to take care of your needs before arriving; there will be no food or drink provided. Most parks provide public restrooms if required.

Anyone who desires to become the best version of them self they can possibly be, so that they can live their dream and help others do the same! We are always seeking like minded individuals with an interest/experience in Meditation, Yoga and self healing.
