Mindfulness meditation involves paying attention in a particular way to one’s physical, emotional, and mental experiences moment by moment without judgement. There is scientific evidence supporting the benefits of mindfulness meditation to help manage stress and anxiety, improve memory and attention, boost the immune system, help regulate emotions, manage pain, and promote a general sense of well-being.
What to expect? 25 minutes of sitting meditation (minimal guidance or silent), 10 minutes of walking meditation, 20 minutes of silent sitting meditation. Chairs provided or bring your own cushion.
