This is a group interested in whole body healthy living, fitness and mindful movement. All levels are welcome.
This class will engage your mind while increasing your flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. Your first class will introduce you to the fundamental movements of Pilates. You will sample working with small equipments to help enhance your movement experience. A perfect way to get started if you are new to Pilates.Our fun and creative ways of coaching and guiding your workout will leave you feeling strong, resilient and invigorated.
We invite you to join our FREE Pilates class with a cause of giving to Street Kids in Toronto. We ask that you bring a nonperishable food item that we can donate to the program in Covenant House.
