Getting in shape isn't easy when you're doing it ALONE! At times you just don’t know how and where to start whether it’s eating the right food or the right workout. The next thing you know, you start adding a few more pounds and becomes your “next-year-new-year-resolution”.
That is why this group is for people who want to learn how to lose some weight or get fitter with the right guidance and support! We run 10 Days Weight Loss Challenge that emphasize heavily on guiding your meals and support you with a close knitted community!
On the side note, group workout sessions, street jazz dance class, healthy snack classes, and even outdoor activities are available!
So it's not just exercise or dieting. It's a lifestyle that we're going after!
