Secret supper clubs and hidden restaurants have been a growing trend these past few years, but often, as quick as they appear, they're gone. A supper club in Latin America is typically an underground restaurant known as either a paladar or a restaurante de puertas cerradas (locked door restaurant). This type of restaurant is built into the culture. I love to cook and I have been raised in 9 countries. This gave me the opportunity to learn how to cook from scratch so many dishes. I'm looking for new people who are interested in learning how to cook some of the dishes I will prepare. It has to be 8 people at the time who are willing to pay for those amazing dishes, network, learn about other cultures... people who can become friends and be open minded to embrace other cultures.
