Fermentation Workshop Monthly These workshop are hands-on and educational. Each workshop will cover a different ferment including Sauerkraut, Pickles (any vegetable), Kefir and Kombucha. We will learn how to make the "ferment of the day". In addition to the hands-on portion, we will also discuss health benefits, science behind each ferment, troubleshooting, how to incorporate into your diet, gut health and the microbiome. Each participant will go home with their creation and supplies (including cultures needed) to do it yourself at home.
