Is your circle of friends shrinking? Are you tired of the Philly scene? Do you ever wonder why there's not much happening around town on summer weekends? That's because everyone's in Avalon. Want to join the fun? Then consider joining an Avalon group shore house.
Have you ever experienced a shore house? Basically, singles join together to share a house. It's an opportunity to meet other like-minded singles who are looking to make new friends and have a good time.
I have two shore houses, one for mid-30's to mid-40s and the other one 40's and 50's. I am looking for a few good women to fill the houses. Being young is not as important as being young at heart.
With hotel rooms costing $400 and up per night, this is a great deal if you like the shore but don't have that large circle of friends anymore to share the expense. Since it's a great way to make new friends, there's no reason to sit home this summer.
This setup couldn't work without some structure, so there are reasonable rules. I think you can appreciate that.
